I wanted to know why the Ps vita is failing in the Japanese market. The Vita and the Nintendo 3ds launched at the same price in Japan but the Vita is doing terrible compared to the Nintendo 3dss debut. What are the factors?
Answer: The Ps vita will probably also fail in the U.S since the memory cards used in the old psps aren't compatible. With the memory cards that the PSP 3000 and before use and have PSN videos saved, people wouldn't want to have to buy a new memory card and re-save everything on the Ps vita.

Answer: It was mentioned in the Ps vita FAQ's by the Sony that they would pay attention to non gaming apps like these later on. So at the start you would not get anything like that but in a near time you would get the good amount of non gaming apps too. The Ps vita is portable and to reduce the cost they have made it with the best needed features for the gamer like a 5" OLED screen which shows above 16 million colors and 960 x 544 resolution. So the graphics are off the hook and there would be games like resistance, uncharted: golden abyss, asphalt:injection, little deviants, wipeout 2048 etc.

Whats the difference between the Japenese and American release of the PS VITA?
So the Ps vita releases in a couple of weeks in Asia, but European and American gamers are going to have to wait almost two months for their version. So what would happen if I bought a Japanese model off of eBay would it work? I dont mind waiting, but considering that Sony isnt going to add any differences to them then why wait? Its probably region locked. Anyway what are your thoughts on this?
Answer: It would work. And Sony has never been region locked, so games would work fine.
There are two main differences:
1. The language, obviously. The initial start up will be in Japanese (though you can change the language in setup).
2. The X button would do what the Circle button does here, and vice versa (Meaning Circle is confirm, X is cancel).
Still dont' see why you would do it though, all the games are in Japanese. So unless you're a fluent Japanese speaker, you wont' enjoy it much.
Also, the Japanese model is $70 more.

You could buy one at your nearest Gamestop, Ebgames, Walmart, Target, Bestbuy, or whatever kind of electronics store they have in the Philippines would probably have the Vita when its released. The cost in pesos for the wifi model would be: 10,250
and for the wifi and 3g model would be: 12,300

Im planning to buy a Sony Ps vita but someone told me that there are two options in buying it.
I could buy the Ps vita with Wifi only or I could buy it with 3G and wifi.
What is 3G and will it be worth it if I buy it with 3G?
Answer: 3G accesses the internet when you're not in a wi-fi area. It requires a data plan though.

Answer: The Wifi version does have the Near application, it just won't use it to its full ability. The only thing the Wifi doesn't have is the GPS app. Other than that, both versions will use wifi as its preferred online method, since the 3G service is too slow to handle online gaming.

is it worth selling 3ds and psp go to buy Ps vita with some games?
Answer: It's a hard decision as the 3DS is relatively new.
Do you think that any upcoming games on the 3DS are worth getting?
If not then get a PSVita.
Choose the one that provides the longest term satisfaction due to the selection of games.
I love Mario, Zelda and Pokemon and 3D but the selection of games on the PSVita seems equivalent to the lineup on PS3 with Uncharted, Mortal kombat, wipeout and so on.
