How to turn off BLUR when recording on digital camera?

Im using photo camera 9.1 CASIO, when I use it to record video, then move the camera around , the screen became Blur and the fps decreased. Im gonna use it to make some shots for movies but I cant if its still Blur like that. Is there anyway to disable the Blur and make the fps for the recording to be increased?
Answer: The folks in the camcorder category could probably give you a better answer. My answer is to slow down your panning.

How do I remove BLUR from image using a software?

Answer: If the Blur is not on the original photo, I would suggest rescanning it. A slight Blur can be sharpened with filter/sharpen. For a smudge on the photo that needs to be corrected, I would suggest creating a copy of the layer (so your work doesn't affect the original) blowing the photo up pretty big and going to work with the rubber stamp tool. How to make the oblivion motion BLUR mod work?

Hello! Ive recenty come across an interesting new mod in my neverending search for Oblivion mods. Its called the OBGE motion Blur mod. Now, im not a newbie when it comes to modding, (I have 68 mods to be exact) but I cant seem to get the motion Blur mod to even activate. I followed the instructions that I found on the site but i cant make it work. Any suggestions?
Answer: A lot of people have problems with that mod. Regardless of the fact that the modder says it's compatible with everything...it isn't. It also can cause a lot more lag than the modder insinuates. This is not to say that it isn't a good mod. When installed correctly and without any other conflicts, it does look nice. I personally don't feel it adds enough extra "nice" looks to the game to be worth it however. Read the discussion area of the mod page. There are various suggestions there to get it working. If u have tried all of those, I really couldn't guess how to get it to work.

How to enhance the background BLUR effect on your digital camera?

I have the tl210 samsung and i wanna know how to enhance that effect where the cameras focus Blurs in the background and focuses on the object? Like it already does it but have more Blur is what i want.
Answer: DOF - Depth Of Field DOF is the area (plane) of the photo that is in sharp focus. For landscapes, we usually want a a very deep DOF, so that everything in it is in focus. For portraits, we usually like to have the person in focus, while the background is Blurred. So you have a plane that is in focus - and it can be either in the foreground (so the background is Blurry) or in the background (so the foreground is Blurry). For the most part, this is achieved via a lens with a large aperture (that's the small f/stop number), but a longer focal length - i.e. zoom - increases the effect. Often people ask how to achieve with a small P&S camera, but unfortunately that is not something those little things are very good at. If you have manual controls, use the biggest aperture. If you don't, try setting it to the portrait setting which makes the camera choose the biggest aperture it is capable of. Make sure there is some distance between you, the subject, and the background. You can also attempt it on Macro setting - that may work to a certain extent. I have no idea how to use this program. I need to Blur out a face. I have tried using other tutorials but I do not have a masking selection in the crop/panning selection. I also cannot find the anchor thing. I dont know where to even draw the line on at.
Answer: Go into the Event Pan/Crop button on the end of the clip. If you have the correct version, it should have a bar under a box with a snapshot of your clip. On the bar, there should be a shaded word called mask and a little checkbox next to it... thats what your looking for, and you need to duplicate the track and on the one on top is where your going to mask out the faces. then, go into video fx, and choose pixelate and adjust it the way u like. if this didn't help, you can always look it up on youtube. if that doesn't help, message me and i will make a video and put it on utube giving you the link...

I have a Panasonic Luminx point and shoot with a ton of settings. Im using high speed flash memory, but motion Blur is still a problem. The auto-adjust only seems to work on stationary objects. Is the ISO setting important to work on this?
Answer: You don't say which Lumix camera you have. The higher end Lumix cameras have extra settings. You can try use Sports mode as a first try. If your camera has shutter priority mode, use that. You can use a higher shutter speed to reduce motion Blur. Something around 1/100 to 1/400 seconds may work for you. If you're close enough to your subject, you can use flash. BTW, memory card speed doesn't affect motion Blur, just how fast the data gets written into the memory card.

Answer: Its called bokeh which is a Japanese word that translated means "pleasing Blur". The design of the diaphragm inside the lens affects the quality of the bokeh. Less expensive lenses may have a 5 bladed diaphragm which can cause the out of focus highlights to have a pentagon shape - considered "bad bokeh". More expensive lenses will have a 9 bladed diaphragm which produces smooth, creamy out of focus highlights - considered "good bokeh".

What program can I use? I opened a package on video and for obvious reasons I want to Blur out my address. Photoshop doesnt recognize it, so what can I use?
Answer: Can't think of any free video editors that have this feature (or any feature, period). You'll probably have to invest in one of the $100 editors like Adobe Premiere Elements, Sony Vegas, or similar.
