Hey, does anyone know what topics are likely to come up in the Aqa non calculator paper? I have my maths exam in less than 2 weeks i tried asking my maths teacher but she didnt give me much help any information is much apprieciated!

Everything else that needs a calculator, e.g trigonometry will come up in Paper 2. I wish you the best of luck, don't panic. Remember to show all your working out because sometimes you will get a mark for stating a particular number or calculation, or for "attempting" to work something out. Check your work for mistakes afterwards also.

My English lit AQA forgot to write in black ink what will happen with my paper?

Hello today I took my Aqa English literature gcse exam and on the front it says only write in black Ink but I forgot and wrote in blue. Ive been paniking ever since because I got told the paper gets scanned in and marked and blue might not show up. Will they disqualify my paper or will they mark it by hand and not scan it?

I have an Aqa maths exam on Monday - Module 5 Non-Calculator, then another on Friday which is Calculator. I am on an A/A* level but how much of a percentage is the next exam for the overall result? Thanks, I am aiming for a B.

I have my mocks exams coming in November. Its a maths test. I bought some Aqa-higher revision guides a few days ago, but today i found out the exam will be Edexcel-higher. Would i struggle with the exam if i continue revising from the Aqa higher revision guide? Please help. Im very stressed x(
Answer: Look at the different syllabuses (you can find them on the exam board websites) and see if they are very different. Maybe you could just return the Aqa books and buy Edexcel ones instead. Don't worry, I'm doing my mocks too! Try not to get too stressed, cos you could always manage without a revision guide.

How to practice and get good for the French Listening AQA GCSE Higher Tier?

I am very good at french speaking and writing and reading just terrible at listening. I have a good vocabulary, its just that I cant make out the words. Everything sounds a bit muffled and hard to make out. I think I just need to get used to listening to french. Does any good websites where there are french recordings or practice french listening questions. I am doing the Aqa French Listening GCSE Higher Tier. All advice would be greatly appreciated.
Answer: I'm taking the same exam. We've been told to learn all the vocab we've learnt. If you can't hear it properly ask your teacher to turn it up or try and change it so there isn't too much background noise. Go to the Aqa website and try and download a practice listening. Good Luck.

Hi I was just wondering if its really likely that the exam board could repeat questions they asked before, this is for Aqa A psychology. Would it be safe to just not revise questions they have already asked?
Answer: They won't include questions which are exactly the same as ones in previous papers, however they may re word it or change a question slightly. Do revise past questions as they will test your knowledge, and the topic may be included in your eam.

Ok so im studying Aqa, AS biology and chemistry and have done some of the exam style questions and would like the answers, the text books are stupid and decide not to include them! Its unit 2. Just wondered if anyone knew where to get the answers Many thanks!
Answer: I'm also doing these subjects at the moment. The answers are on the internet but you have to pay something like a hundred pounds to download the Aqa internet help service thing to access them. My school has copies of the answers which we were allowed to use so your teachers might have them if you ask but since the exams are monday and tuesday I doubt you'll have time. My only advice is to either compare answers with a friend or you could try and get hold of the bio answers when you're at school monday for chemistry. Sorry I couldn't be more help
