How to move an ELF YOURSELF video to iTunes?

I downloaded the video but I cant figure out how to move it to my iPad.
Answer: You just need to convert your downloaded video to mp4 video, and then you can drag the mp4 video into your iTunes library. connect your iPad to computer, iTunes will detect the iPad automatically, then click iTunes menu "File -> Sync iPad", that's all. Has anyone seen a free fun program like the ELF YOURSELF that was online around Xmas time last year?

It was put out by Office Max. You went to the site, downloaded a photo of your face (or someone elses) that became the face of an elf and then the new elf danced to Xmas music. It was hilarious.

Answer: I'm pretty sure they provide mugs with the pictures, but if not... While watching the video, press the Prt Scr/Sys Rq button around the top right are of your keyboard. That will take a picture of your screen. Then just go into Paint, paste the image with Ctrl + V, and crop the picture to the area that you want.
