Answer: Lol XD To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if it was true, if Roger Hargreaves wanted that comparison. Quite a few children's authors subliminally reference the characters in their books to actual people. But I'm not certain if it applies to your Mr Clumsy comparison...

Finicky Angle Fish? I have a fish who is very fussy. Is there a better food for Angel Fish?

I got two angle fish. I think one is male and the other female. The male (Mr. Lyoid Wilson AKA BIG DADDY) has gotten huge while his mate, Mrs. Bridget Wilson, is half Big Daddys size. Big Daddy eats like crazy and I think he has eaten guppies. She is always interested in food but mostly spits out her flakes. What will this fish eat?
Answer: The reason one is larger than the other is that it is the dominant fish and eats first and most. The other is intimidated and that is why it doesn't eat as well. You will probably find the smaller one face in to a corner of the tank one of these days. After a fish has been intimidated for a long period, they sometimes just decide to stop eating and die. The face in to the corner is peculiar to angels and some other cichlids. Just before it dies, it will become very dark. Discus do the same thing when they die. Angelfish are cichlids and that is what they do, establish dominance over other fish in the tank. Angelfish do better in large groups, that way the agression is spread out over more fish and one is not singled out like yours. I have 10 gold crown white angels in a tank, and they get along as well as can be expected. All were the same size when I got them 6 months ago, but 3 are huge now and 3 are still quite small. The middle 4 are close to the big ones but obviously are not in the "ruling class." Two of the large ones have laid eggs together, but with that many fish in the tank, they ate them within a couple of days. If I decide to keep them and breed them instead of taking them to the fish auction, I will give them their own tank and let them make more angelfish.

So, you mess with an animals diet, you mess with their lives. Sure, at some of the exhibits you can purchase a handful of food and throw it at them, or maybe risk losing a finger when they eat from your hand... but in general, at the Zoo, what the animals eat is what we think they are supposed to eat.... even if the "experts" are wrong. Would a lion or tiger enjoy some nice, tender, people veal? Probably. But we don't want to encourage that, do we? I mean, once they get the taste for it, they'll be spoiled for it forever. So, let the animals in the zoo eat the foods that the handlers give them, and let those animals be cancerous examples for us all... and just drop the baby off at the nearest fire station. They are supposed to take kids, no questions asked. end of line

How do you find mr right without being too picky or fussy?

Answer: I found my Mr RIght just down the road and round the corner... but I didnt find him till I stopped looking... the things that brought him to my attention were his deep gravelly voice, his quiet self and his wonderful belly laugh.... the thing that held my attention was his genuineness.... To find the right man for you will happen by accident somewhere along the way... if you are looking for a man who is interested in the environment then join some environmental groups ...not that you will be guaranteed to find one there... Go for men you get along well with... ones you can talk to and relate to well... dont fall into the habit of carrying around a check list in your mind of what the ideal man should be... I too wanted a man who cared about the environment, one who was genuine, and meant what he said..., but the man I have now was not obviously interested in the environment nor was he obviously gentle.... these were things I discovered about him once we began seeing each other... he doesn't wear his heart on his sleeve so none of these important things about him were obvious from meeting him.. and he is not prone to soapbox his hobby horses.... and he had a rifle (complete with appropriate licenses etc) I had been shooting when I was younger so was not bothered by the presence of rifle in his life but was concerned about exactly what is he hunts...it was months down the track before I discovered he hunts targets, he will walk for miles with his rifle across all kinds of terrain and sit and watch animals pass him by... I once asked him why he didnt shoot the deer wandering along the gully on his parents property... he just smiled and said.. ahhh too much hard work in that... I prefer to just watch them.... then later he set up a target in the paddock and shot the target... the only animals he has killed were cattle that needed destroying on the property we now live on.... He has been a farmer himself and is very conservationist about farming, he has learned so much about how to work the land so you dont destroy it and we have had some long conversations into the night about how things could be better on the land.. He is strong and quiet and thinks very deeply about any topic before talking so he is not quick to strike up a conversation but when he does he is a brilliant conversationist... basically the answer to your questions is yes there are men who are genuine and who care about the environment... there are even single ones.... but mostly they are busy being themselves and doing what interests them... and you will find them quite by accident..

How do i find mr right when i am quite unapproachable and am very fussy?

I am in my early 30s and i have been told i am very attractive. Most people think i am in my early 20s. My problem is meeting men. It is so hard to find a man that i like, i do not have a wide social circle like some and i am fairly unapproachable. I have always been very independent when it comes to relationships and have some trust/rejection issues thus put on a bit of an unattainable act which i dont mean. I dont like playing game and i like a man to approach me first. I usually meet men via work or out at bars but havent meet anyone i really like or who has the guts to approach me and get to know me. I feel i must be one of the most unattainable girls unintentionally and some men cant believe that i am single. I have been for 2 years now. Where are the best places to meet a good guys, good hearted and manly. So many men stare at me but rarely approach me. what does this mean?
Answer: just try to change up your swagg and make uurself approachable. be nicer and mayb you have to approach some or just get to know them and let them know you are interested or someting,. if you are as pretty as described some guys may be intimidated. idk y because for me i like the challenge bt yea
